The house is situated on its own, completely fenced (1.5m high wire fence) 3000 m² plot. There is a large terrace (100m²) with a lounge set, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a gas barbecue.
The garden boasts two large oak trees and a walnut tree. Behind the house is a small garden with a fig tree. You can, of course, enjoy the walnuts and figs to your heart’s content when they’re ripe.
There’s always a spot in the sun or shade.
